Usage

Waterproofing mortar for concealed application of:
  • Toilets & bath (under-tile)
  • Balconies, terraces, and canopies (under-tile or with topping)
  • Concrete gutters (under-tile or with topping)

Application

Application steps

MIXING

  1. Pour 3/4 of the resin into a suitable container
  2. Slowly pour the powder while mixing with mechnical slow mixer (Recommended RPM: 300 to 500 RPM)
  3. Gradually add the remainder of the resin into the mix
  4. Mix for 2 to 3 minutes until a uniform, lump-free slurry is formed
  5. Leave to stand for a few minutes to allow bubbles to be eliminated

APPLICATION

  1. Apply Davco® K11 Flex PH by brush or trowel
  2. Apply a 1st coat of reasonable quantity (1 Kg/m2 to 2 Kg/m2)
  3. Allow the 1st coat to set (touch-dry) before apply the 2nd coat of Davco® K11 Flex PH
  4. Allow 48 hours for the top coat to cure prior to flood testing, tiling, or screeding
