Job Description:

Responsible for selling Sika products and achieving forecasted sales budget, specifically:

  • Establishes a network of clientele to service the requirements of a particular target market as may be assigned by the Sales Department Head.
  • Maximizes effort in developing new accounts for the Sales Team through product presentations / demonstration and seminar to clients.
  • Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
  • Gives updates with existing and upcoming projects, analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by performing regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.
  • Maintains customer rapport and build relations with customers.
  • Increases the market presence and market share, achieves targeted figure and collects receivables.
  • Monitors the flow of sales operations with every customer – from sales ordering, delivery and collection.
  • Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related course (preferably licensed)
  • With at least seven (7) to ten (10) years of sales experience in the construction field.
  • With good presentation skills (both verbal and written.
  • Must possess strong people skills and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to do product and application training and troubleshooting at clients’ site.
  • Able to work under pressure with target deadlines.
  • With strong knowledge of market trends and conditions.
  • Must be able to set strategies for introduction of new products.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • With valid driver’s license and can drive manual transmission vehicles.

Distribution Sales Officer

Job Description:

Responsible for the account management in his assigned territory to achieve the Company Sales Objectives through the assigned distributor(s)/dealer(s), specifically:

  • Develops the assignedterritory in terms of number of distributors, number of dealers and sales revenues.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily itinerary report.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
  • Ensures proper training of distributors and dealers on existing and new Sika Philippines, Inc. products through regular Reseller Roadshows for Distributors, Dealers and End-Users.
  • Promotion of SikaPhilippines, Inc. reseller product range to hardware shops, contractors and jobsites and offices for product awareness through product presentations and product demonstrations. Bring orders back to distributors.
  • Responsible for the sales achievement for his/her assigned territory thru different sales activities such as organizing presentation in coordination with hardware shops and distributors to their end user customers.Responsible for the daily activities of Promo Representatives (i.e. schedules, itinerary, plans, etc.).
  • Monitoring of products inventory and delivery of respective accounts on schedule every month.
  • Conducts quarterly business review to clients to ensure goal alignment.
  • Aggressively promotes new products and higher value added products to existing and new customers to achieve sales targets.Submits monthly report to the Building Finishing Distribution Senior Manager.
  • Oversees prompt collection of Accounts ReceivablesPerforms

  • Contribute to the development of TM sales materials which include collateral and promotional materials.
  • Secure and analyze market and competitor’s information relevant to the TM.
  • Work closely with sales to monitor and visit key projects relevant to the TM.
  • Monitor demand trends & provide input to purchase planning.

Job Requirements:

R&D Supervisor

Job Description:

Responsible for assisting the QA and R&D Manager in laboratory
batching of products, developing and assisting quality testing in all incoming
raw materials, finished goods, trading products, packaging and providing trial
mixes, specifically:

  • Supervises the QA and R&D team in routine analysis of incoming RMs
    and ensure that processes are done according to policy and procedure
  • Assists in
    developing new products according to client specification.
  • Prepares test
    samples for submission to client.
  • Conducts quality inspection/testing of raw materials and finished products to assess conformance to specification.
