LANKO 101 PH Parenduit

A ready-to-mix interior & exterior wall and ceiling skimcoat

Lanko 101 PH Parenduit is a skim smoothing rendering paste to be mixed with cement for levelling uneven surfaces and filling pinholes in concrete surfaces. A smooth surface is obtained by eliminating blemishes such as grooves, seams and rock pockets.

30 - 60 minutes between coats depending on atmospheric condition.
Application steps

MIXING

  • Mix Lanko 101 PH Parenduit 1 kg with cement 0.7 kg to 1 kg (white or gray) until the product is evenly distributed. Do not add any water.
  • The concrete substrate must not be dry to prevent the slump and mixing problem for the best product quality.
 
  • Mixing should be carried out as follows: In case of small quantity, use small paddle to mix at least 3 minutes. For big quantity, the machine is recommended with a speed at 500 rpm. Mixing time: at least 3 minutes or required consistency is obtained.
  • Leave the mixture to stand for 1-2 minutes.
  • Different cement brands may have the different color result. Test before actual application. Final color result depend on selected cement and quantity of mixing cement.

APPLICATION

  • Apply a first coat of mixed product with a trowel.
  • Apply a minimum of 2 coats: the first coat is used for level the substrate and the second to finish. More coats can be applied to meet the required thickness or texture.
  • If there are too many pores on the substrate, apply first coat to fill those areas first. Then the other layers will be easier and quicker.
  • Allow a sufficient drying time between the coats for 30 - 60 minutes.
  • Can use sand paper no.380 to polish the surface.
  • Allow minimum of 7 days before applying covering material.
