2 Layers of SikaTop®-107 Seal PH

1.0 Kg/M² to 2.0 Kg/M² per coat 

• Concrete surface must be sound, clean, free of oil, grease, dust, or laitance.
• Concrete must be sufficiently cured prior to application of SikaTop®-107 Seal PH.
• Concrete must be pre-damped (with no standing water) prior to application of 1st coat of SikaTop®-107 Seal PH.

Mixing Ratio 

• For brush application : 1 Part of A: 4 Parts of B
• For trowel application: 1 Part of A: 4.5 Parts of B

Mixing Procedure

1. Pour half of Part A (Liquid) into the mixing container
2. Gradually add Part B (Powder) while mixing
3. Gradually add remaining Part A.
4. Mix for at least 3 minutes until you have a slurry of uniform consistency

• By brush: On vertical surface, use suitable brush with synthetic bristles. On horizontal surface, use rubber slide or push broom.
• By trowel: For first coat, use tooth trowel with 3 mm teeth. For second coat, use normal trowel.

1. Apply the fist coat on the pre-damped substrate.
2. The second coat is to be applied after the first coat has already started to set and can support the following coat (approximate 2 to 6 hours, depending on ambient conditions).
3. Finish off by brushing with dry sponge when setting of 2nd coat has started.

• Protect the freshly applied product against sunlight & strong winds
• Use damp hessian or PE sheet to aid curing
• Protect the applied SikaTop®-107 Seal PH from rain and water splashed until fully hardened (at least 24 hours)
