Usage

Waterproofing for:
  • Reservoirs, water towers, engineering structure, retention tanks, etc.
  • Under-tile waterproofing for swimming pools (bonded with Davco® Dustless Heavy Duty or Davco® Dustless Premium)
  • Under-tile or mortar-covering wateproofing for balconies, terraces, and wetrooms

Application steps

SURFACE PREPARATION

  • The subtrate must be clean, sound, dust-free and without any traces of oil.
  • All loose parts must be taken-out.
  • Fill honeycombining and bubbles.
  • Where repairs are required, Lanko® 731 Lankorep Structure PH or equivalent mortars should be used.
  • The substrate must be damp, but not running with water, during application.

MIXING

  • Machine-mix only at low speed (300 to 500 rpm).
  • Pour 3/4 of the resin into a suitable container.
  • Add the powder gradually in order to obtain plastic consistency.
  • Add the rest of the liquid and mix for another 3 minutes.
  • Leave to stand for several minutes.

APPLICATION

  • If applied by hand: Use brush or roller.
  • Apply a first coat allowing a rough but reasonable quantity of 1.5-2 kg/m2
  • The total thickness of the covering should be approximately 2mm and never less than 1.5mm.

CURING TREATMENT

  • Possible covering materials: It may be left bare, or covered with tiling (bonded using Davco Tiling Sytem) or a cement mortar screed. High-traffic areas should be protected against abrasion.
  • Water tanks and basins can be filled after 7 days drying.
