Superfine Interior and Exterior Powder Skimcoat for Wall and Ceiling.

SikaWall® 110 is a quality, smooth powder skimcoat designed to repair surface imperfections on concrete or rendered wall. It effectively eliminates blemishes such as grooves, seams, fine cracks, and rock pockets, delivering a smooth finish.

Usage

Application steps

SURFACE PREPARATION

General Condition

All surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, clean, and free from oil, grease, wax, dust, and other contaminants. All surfaces should be dampened using a sponge or cloth immediately before application. Very porous surfaces should be properly primed to ensure adhesion.

Concrete Surfaces

Remove all release agents, especially on tilt-up slabs. New concrete must be cured for at least 28 days before application.

Rendered Surfaces

Newly rendered surfaces must be cured for at least 7 days before application. Painted surfaces must be scrubbed or abraded to expose at least 75% clean surfaces.

MIXING

Mix (1) bag of SikaWall® 110 20 kg with 7 to 7.4 liters of clean water (approximately 35% - 37% water content) until the compound is evenly distributed and no lumps are present. Leave the mixture to stand for several minutes.

APPLICATION

Apply mortar with a stainless-steel trowel or steel pallet. Apply 2mm coats minimum application.

Depending on the desired finish, one or more coats may be applied. The surface of SikaWall® 110 can be lightly sanded.

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.

Hardened or cured materials can be only mechanically removed.
