Store properly in dry conditions in undamaged and unopened original sealed packaging. Store out of direct sunlight and protect from rainfall. Avoid compaction.

As a guide, ~20 kg of powder per 10 mm thickness for each m²

Pour the water in the recommended proportion into a suitable mixing container. While stirring slowly, add the powder to the water. Mix with low speed (< 500 rpm) hand drill mixer to avoid entraining too much air. Mix thoroughly at least for 3 minutes until homogenous with no lumps. Mix only full bags for best results.

Stand the grout for ~1-2 minutes; stir with a trowel and then pour into the prepared openings. When carrying out baseplate grouting, ensure sufficient head of pressure is maintaned to keep mortar flow uninterrupted. Make sure necessary formwork is firmly in place and watertight.

Protect the fresh material from premature drying using an appropriate curing method e.g. curing compound, moist geotextile membrane etc.

Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened mortar can only be mechanically removed.
