Responsibilities & Opportunities

Sika is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join its growing team. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Manage maintenance of the Lakewood facility, including building, infrastructure, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement a strong Preventive Maintenance system, optimizing workforce, labor, and materials.
  • Facilitate, coach, and train manufacturing teams on proper equipment maintenance.
  • Execute company policies regarding Safety, Purchasing, Regulatory compliance, and Labor Relations.
  • Coordinate and maintain ISO14000, RC9001, QS9000, and TS16949 certifications in engineering, maintenance, and process areas.
  • Establish goals, set performance standards, and provide training for personnel.

 

Salary range: $90,000-$100,000 annual

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • 10+ years' experience in chemical and industrial environments
  • Excellent communication and employee relations skills
  • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of chemical industry processes and regulatory requirements
